Tianjin Sanden Auto Air Conditioning Co., Ltd.（TSA） is a joint venture with Sanden Corporation of Japan, specializing in the manufacture of automotive air conditioning systems and related components, integrating product research and development, production, sales, and after-sales service. Located at NO 8, XEDA NO.2 Avenue, Xiqing Economic Development Area, Tianjin China, the company was founded in 1994 and officially became a joint venture in September 2000, with a registered capital of USD 17,774,480 and covering an area of 54,428 square meters.
Relying on the technical support from Sanden Corporation and our own years of development and accumulation, our company has been steadily advancing in the field of automotive air conditioning. We have a modern experimental center of international standard, which precisely conducts product development, experimentation, and production according to customer needs. With excellent product performance and good after-sales service, we have earned high reputation in the industry.
The company has a wide range of business operations, primarily involving multiple fields such as traditional automobiles, new energy vehicles, construction machinery, household and commercial air conditioning, and bus air conditioning. Its supply products include HVAC, condensers, evaporators, ECH, etc. Its major customers include numerous well-known enterprises such as FAW-Volkswagen, Geely, SAIC, BAIC, Leap, NIO, Komatsu, Smiths, Whirlpool, Haier, Hisense Network Energy, and more.
In terms of production capacity, the company boasts substantial strength. Apart from its headquarters in Tianjin, it has established branches in Ningbo, Chengdu, Xiangtan and Hefei. Each branch focuses on the production of different products based on its own positioning. For instance, the Tianjin headquarters is capable of producing heat exchangers, HVAC systems, ECH units, and TMS systems, with annual production capacities of 2 million heat exchangers, 250,000 HVAC systems, 280,000 ECH units, and 100,000 TMS systems respectively, forming a widely-covered production layout.
The company attaches great importance to technological research and innovation, and boasts a Tianjin Enterprise Technology Center equipped with advanced experimental facilities such as an environmental wind tunnel laboratory. The environmental wind tunnel laboratory, which cost over 100 million yuan, adopts a vertical return flow structure and was designed and supplied by an internationally renowned company. It can simulate and reproduce natural conditions without being limited by region, season, and time, creating driving environments under extreme conditions. This is of great significance for the research and development of complete vehicles and components.
In 2021, with the acquisition of Sanden Corporation by Hisense Group Co., Ltd., TSA joined the Hisense family and ushered in new development opportunities. Since then, the company has actively invested in the field of new energy vehicle air conditioning systems, continuously introducing new production lines, such as the ECH production line in 2022 and the energy storage - TMS production line in 2023, and has secured multiple important project nominations.
