High-performance Project Management Training
In order to popularize the knowledge of project management, and lay a foundation for the competitive employment of project manager, the General Affairs Ministry of Personnel organized a High-performance Project Management Training on June 21-22.
Over 50 employees from the Product Development Department, Quality Department, etc. participated in this training. It adopted a relaxed teaching method, and inserted the training evaluation, project group discussion, games, etc. We accumulated points for each group during the process, and respectively appraised and elected the Excellent Group, and the Employee with the Best Performance. And we would evaluate their performance for the two-day learning on June 24.
