TSA 30th Anniversary A look back at 30 years of progress and new beginnings
Tianjin Sanden Automotive Air Conditioning Co., Ltd (TSA), established on December 31, 1994, celebrated its 30th anniversary. On December 30, 2024, a celebration was held at a restaurant in TSA to mark this historic moment. Under the theme “30 Years of Progress, Setting Sail Again,” they reflected on their 30-year journey and laid out a blueprint for further development in the future. The celebration was attended by Dr. Zhigang Wang, Executive Vice President and China Region CEO, and Guozhuang Wang, President of TSA, Xiaoyan Zhi, China Region Vice President, Chief Engineer Xinlin Lu, and Deputy Chief Engineer Kai Ren. Dr. Zhigang Wang and Guozhuang Wang, President of TSA, delivered congratulatory speeches. The following is a summary of their speeches. “The TSA’s 30 years' journey has been one of stormy and brilliant times, and the company has developed from a small-scale enterprise to an industry leader with strong R&D capability and high-quality products, which cannot be separated from the hard work and selfless dedication of all the staffs.” At the same time, the President of TSA Guozhuang Wang also expressed his gratitude for the support of Hisense Group and SDC, saying, "Thanks to you, TSA has been able to face the tide of fierce market competition and gain new challenges and opportunities, and we can look forward to the future." They concluded by wishing everyone a wonderful year in 2025.

The employee recognition session was held next. Dr. Zhigang Wang and Guozhuang Wang, President of TSA, presented awards to the senior employees who have served the company for more than 15 years, thanking them for their loyalty and dedication. After that, Guozhuang Wang, President of TSA, briefly reviewed his 30 years of working history in TSA, and Dr. Zhigang Wang awarded him the trophy of “30 Years of Meritorious Person”.

Finally, Dr. Zhigang Wang and Guozhuang Wang, President of TSA, cut a birthday cake togetherwith the thoughts of 30 years of hard work. The celebration ended on a high note in a warm andemotional atmosphere.
