Successfully held the Second “Family Day” for the Outstanding Foreign Employees
The trade union of our company held the Second "Family Day" for the Outstanding Foreign Employees on December 5-6, 2014. The leaders of the trade union of Zhongbei Town, Xiqing District and the senior leaders of our company warmly entertained the family members of our employees who came from afar, and closely communicated with them about the development of our company and the family information of our employees. Then they visited the production workshop of our company, and they conducted the one-day tour at the aquarium organized by the trade union the next day.
This activity showed the overall scene of our company, and therefore, the family members of our employees practically realized our cultural concept of "People Oriented". It also enhanced the sense of pride of our employees and their family members, and enhanced the cohesive force in enterprise.
